Me and Wordsworth
Me and Wordsworth,We both love daffs.
I'm looking at my
Feisty bunch.
He, "A host of
Golden daffodils".
I know my kitchen
Isn't Windermere,
But the daffodil effect
Is blindingly the same.
A pleasant shock
To the senses.
A golden surprise,
A sharp breath
Of intoxication.
Simple beauty.
Ample beauty.
Classic beauty.
