From the Latin Bene (well) dicere ( speak)
So sacred to a myriad of traditions
From simple celebration
Of the appearance of crocus
Triumphant through the snow
To commemoration of triumphant
Resurrection deemed holy by others
There is a pervasive
And unassailable
Truth visible throughout
That growth personal dignity
The dignity of others
And dignity of the spirit
Are fundamental
Their attainment
Critical
It is in this spirit
That I wish us all
Peace
Fulfilment
And most significantly
Love
Of others and of self
