Of Darkness And Light And Muses... A cautionary Tale
Two brilliant starburst artistsLoved by ones more staid and
Calm who provided the quiet yin
To their dazzling yang once
Met in glorious and emotive
Conversation which teased into
Besottment with the other
And their orgasmic Visions
Assuming lust for the other's art
To be a predestined call to love
they wandered through those elision
fields to a dark and erotic space
where they lit their
Roman candles to flash across
An ebony sky mistaking lust For love
Each hoping the other would provide
The perfect muse
In time they discovered to their
Dismay that neither had the
Soul to be the other's muse nor
The calming night to Illuminate
Their blinding light
Which alas could only be provided
By those they once felt
Too dreary to be of consequence
