for hungry souls

Herds
at full gallop
across
verdant rolling plains

Rushing
rivers slither
rampant
to open~watered seas

Astride
distant stretches
uproar
of oceans and waves

Plateau
oases stretch on
speckled, sable blanket:
stars keep wishes fed

Very nice. It brings to mind a luscious painting.

The style that seems to keep the reader moving fast, feeling the rush of the poem. An urgency to keep going to reach those plains. Love the poem.

i like the way the title, the italics, and the poem itself come together. it's uplifting and has momentum. i even like the little morse code symbols at the end, though i don't know what they mean.
