Not about a spoiled brat/child

Daddy's Little Girl?

I'm angry at Daddy
Cause he can't come back
I'm angry at The Substitute for Daddy
Cause he won't

I can't seem to find you
You both went away
And neither of you can be forgiven.
Not just yet.

You both had a choice
And you were both so selfish.
Daddy, you took your life.
I still needed you

And the Other...
She needs you.
And don't expect her to be so forgiving this time

You both made your choice.
The deal is done.
You both left your little girls in the dust of your disasters.

Waiting for daddies who don't come home
But don't bother.

Although I would give anything to have one more day with you
And the Other... Please come home for her sake
She doesn't deserve this.

Won't you please come home for a day?

Just one last goodbye.
One last day to see you.
Just one more hug.
One more smile,
One more laugh.

One more day, just for Daddy's Little Girl?

Jamsbo Rockda The PoetBay support member heart!
A wonderfully innocent but personal piece. It reminds me of "My Mummy's Dead" by John Lennon.

Sad. In fact extremely sad...some people should just not be allowed to breed. I was so lucky, I had a wonderful Dad, but on the other hand, now that he is dead, my life is not the same, and I just miss him all the time.
