Pilgrim
I was led towards divinityTill I lost my faith in the divine
I beheld man's stratified hierarchies
And questioned my place in life
There was no place for magic
In this kingdom of rational animals
We worshiped Gods as rocks
And forgot the ones inside
We crunched numbers till out teeth fell out
We drew up graphs and labelled mankind
In a world where your broken marriage
Meant the survival of mine
Lay the remains of humanity
Because we forgot the gods inside
