busy woman

Night Job

she steps out
of the shower body cleaned.
Its former dirtiness gone
down the drain.
She rushes to the kitchen
to have her breakfast of
a half full bottle of straight vodka
After breakfast she moves to
the closet and pulls out
her shortest short skirt.
Then she goes shopping after
watching TV
Its morning and the sun
peeking in her window
burns her half awake eyes
Tonight will be a busy
busy night
her night job entails
much alertness!

shells
Sometimes it works for them, sometimes it's necessity, but your poem describes their day/night, enjoyed.
