In physics, entanglement is the interaction of particles at a distance. Einstein called this, “spooky action at a distance.”

Entanglement

It's tough never knowing,

No respite, no chance of respite.

Your presence—you know it's in me now.

I can't breathe, the ache never goes away.

I look at the horizon, and see you

Looking at the horizon. I shiver and you shiver.

I said goddamn you,

You said come here little fool,

No loneliness for you,

No stations of the cross, no cold.

I'm cold and I ache.

What's the spin on that, little one?

We're entangled at a distance.

It isn't spooky, it's hard.

Entanglement is spooky because they know it happens but not how. I think it is possible for people to be entangled in love and life. And that is a good thing. When properties no longer change together the bond is broken. And the universe becomes so cold. Thanks for making me think :)

You made me smile with this great poem. Spooky entanglements is a very good choice of words. (Thanks you and Mr. Einstein for the definition). We are all peculiar beings.
