thank you for waiting

you broke down in promise eyes white turned

I said
my hand on your head sister sister

you so tired
let me sleep

dominus illuminati amen

and the bells rang
and the bells rang

I said
my hand on your head mother mother

I sang
I sing

Your breath as if something stuck in the throat
help
nurse
its normal
its normal
is it?

I sang
I sing

and the yellow light
then

sun and dark

Your beauty shined so

Mouth half open
Skin warm
Time
stop

stop

All is still

Nine o clock:

my brother enters the room

one minute after
late
after

I shake
we shook
it happened so fast
It happened so slow

I sang
I sing

the orchid was blue
we left it in the room

i think this is a poem of twos. two that departed. another two that left the room(s) together, closing the door behind them.

and the color of loss was/is blue.
