about world peace
They are attacking us
and we respond
with courage instead of fear
bloody streets
and images of death appear
Around the world
the images emerge
of flying bullets
and falling bombs
vividly displayed
Human suffering is much
but human compassion
cannot be outweighed
around the world
the sun will still come up
and the stars will still shine
but death and destruction
remind us
we are living in a
very dangerous time.
