a poem about people needing people.
it burns itself hot
consuming itself
in the fire
that respects only
the intense heat
itself cannot deny
while flaming hot
it flags itself down
the hand grabs
a bucket full of sloppiness
and a touch of nastiness
and as naked truth
away they run
a stolen moment is
never caught off guard
or a kiss without its wetness
allowing much more than itself
being felt
allowing much more
intimate contact

Body Heat
it sizzles asit burns itself hot
consuming itself
in the fire
that respects only
the intense heat
itself cannot deny
while flaming hot
it flags itself down
the hand grabs
a bucket full of sloppiness
and a touch of nastiness
and as naked truth
away they run
a stolen moment is
never caught off guard
or a kiss without its wetness
allowing much more than itself
being felt
