Story about a failing relationship

No Words Needed

She tried to hide it from him
but he could see all the tell-tale signs
she had been good at putting it off
but he could see it on her face
He could see the difference
in her body response to him
She tried to fool him
with a kiss and a hug
but that didn't work!
She cooked him a good breakfast
A dead give away!
She cleaned the house
thoroughly for the first time in weeks
Other major changes
he could see taking place
So much had changed
He could clearly see that their relationship
was falling apart
No words needed!

This a great vignette. It definitely describes how things go sometimes. (But not always. I had a girlfriend once who threw me out, then put all of my records into her car and drove around, hurling them out of her window.)

Very sad. Relationships do seem often to go that way.
