Challenged love. Letting go and moving on in acceptance of what is inevitable. Giving a relationship, or a process, a final, but dignifed death.
you, myself
and every touch
in between
that I once used to call
us
All the memories
all the footsteps
behind us in the sand
are obliterate
washed away
thrown into the ocean of oblivion
Yet, an elephant
never forgets
just as time does not
possess the power
to heal all
wounds
But listen my friend
to the whispering
of the wind
for it promised me
to sooth us
through the night
