The poem with no title ...

2012-07-20 That's the beauty of it because no mater how hard we try, if you are anything like me, we can't be anything else than what we are - warts and all.
I like this poem because you are clever. As you say, it is easier to just smile and wave. This makes some people really mad but this is usually because they were hoping you would massage their egos and I gave that sort of thing years ago. What you see is what you get.

2012-06-27 I really like this but I forget why.......
The best words that go through my head are like swifts feeding. They never quite collide but have a manic way of getting out of the way of each other.

2012-06-26 I have just read this poem again and again it reminds me of the stand of willows in the woods where I work.
I would like to read this to my next group as inspiration for their own writing.
I hope that you don't mind and I would like to share their response with you. Thank you

2012-04-19 Cracking and full of memories. The best of the sixties were really the best of all years. Just think of some of the new dreams that happened! Makes the rest of the century look drab.

2012-04-19 I am not being clever or wordy but just thinking that you are clever with your words and this poem more so.

2012-02-25 I am trying to picture Weelsby woods
There was a wood near our house when I was young where the aliens and dragons would drop by for a snack on their way to conquer worlds unknown. I say aliens but really it was my mate with a green mask. I remember falling into the pond having a fight with a dragon - put out his fire that did.
Really good poem this as it opens memories so thank you.
