ABOUT ME
Some people live from the outside in,
absorbing everything through the skin,
and most of life never reaches that part
of the inner being we call the 'heart'.
But when you're a poet, life is turned about
and you experience everything from the inside out.
Your heart interprets life line by line,
then your feelings flow out in rhythm and rhyme.
But a true poet always knows
that he's merely a channel through which life flows,
and taking the world for his inspiration,
gives all credit to the Author of Creation.
