WINTER LIKE YESTERDAY - SPRING LIKE TODAY!

Yesterday - winter - made a shock return
The wind blew - icy rain - pelted down
Turned to sleet - I swear - heard a vice
Saying: - '' I'm back! ''
Jeans - footwear - soaked - wet - freezing!
Not fore long - just long enough
To not take the winter - has not handed over
Ter Spring yet!
Yet today - spring like again!
No wind - no freezing rain - no sleet!
How strange is the weather!

It's that time of year! Its abrupt shifts are well conveyed here not only by the language, but also by all those dashes.
