The seaside

Waves in the sand
gritty sandwiches
sunburnt tits
blinding refections off rock pools
seagulls shit
jelly fish stings
warm beer
a loud radio somewhere
kids screaming
hot dog wrappers
People blowing cancer smoke my way
dogs barking
fuck the seaside
give me the open hills and forest any day

I too live the mountains and the rivers and the woods. But, also the beaches. Hint: Avoid the tourist beaches with their burger bars and car parks, go off grid, find a beautiful, unpopular bay or inlet, so much peace there too.
