World Awakens
In the morning when another world awakensA moment's taken from realms of dreams
The conscious air upon the stair treads are stirring, Light
Manifests the trees are dressed in Summer fashion temporal
Processions magisterial proceed to sublimate some deep internal need,
Winding up and down the years are moving still and still is not
The eternal essence calling in some mysterious presence to invite
An inner ear to where unclear as a universal chiming crystal bell
Rhyming the mystic numbers of Life and Death until the will so high has fallen
Under the wonder of wishful secrets, valleys of silence speaking out of turn
When shall the lost moments of the soul return just in time to leave again
Another morning arrives into the fleeting station of Day like a never ending train
Come to bear the crowds away who knows where, no one may say;
An instant taken from realms of dreams
When another world awakens.
