Blue Van Gogh

One day when I was feeling blue

I bought some irises for you;

I tried to hang them on your wall

But every time I did, they’d fall.

If you can find a better way

To hang them, then they might just stay;

Some decent hardware might be key,

But that’s not really up to me;

I’m realizing, tho it’s tough,

I’ve overstepped my bounds enough.

Please point that out the next time when

I overstep them once again.

Dear Nancy,

Beauty is in the eye, nay, the iris of the beholder and this piece is BEAUTIFUL!

Cheers, Chris
