Brimstone Brain
Years are burning throughLike a dragon's brimstone brain
Tears are falling in the rain
Love you never knew
Lost in city blocks the size of diamonds faux
Gabriel mouths mimic silver trumpets stuffed with purple flowers
Filigree silver slivers reinforce the false pretenses the little princes
Samba waltz upon a gallows stage the current rage of senseless sense
The merest tense of tension
Shallow ruse goes out
Like a fuse in rout,
Love you never knew
Tears are falling in the rain
Like a dragon's brimstone brain
Years are burning through
