Maybe this work should have Iron Maidens - Passchdaele - playing in the back ground.
a fine shower of mist of red red - blood - gore - body parts - spectacle
Drench their comrades in their blood - and their gore
Body parts - lungs - kidneys - liver - arms - hands - fingers - brains scooped from sculls - legs - feet - faces - scraped - from heads - torsos - with no heads - no limbs - no identification - decorate the field - the remaining trees as like the devil - had desiccated trees fore Hellmas - carnage from trees devil hangs - Hellmas decorations - daily like.
Memory's confused - vivid - but - confused - all the same.
A man - hangs - court up in the branches - hanging - slowly towards his own death - looking down - over the carnage - of death spread out - before his eye - will be his last sites - before his eyes- as he hangs - awaiting his own death
Dieing and wounded lay all around - the wounded envying the dead - those untouched - may also - yet - envy - the dead that day - later - those who survive this day - will be haunted all their days and nights - suffering nightmarish dreams
Aroma - stench - of bladders - bowls open - shit - piss - vomit - due to fear - of - death - finally - stench of death - burnt human flesh - it's stench - like burnt Sunday dinner - pork - fills the nostrils - sounds - in every ear - tongs - the sounds and smells - tongs crave fore water - men begging fore a drink
calls fore stretcher bearers - go unheeded - to many - just to many needing help
besides - many bearers now lay now among wounded - the dead - dieing - on that battlefield
Intestines - of the living - the dead staring - unblinking eyes - freed sockets as if asking questans
Ravens - crows - swoops to grab the tasty morsels - of eyes - a fine harvest fore them to enjoy
Harts - still beating - ripped - torn out of chests - of those still alive - lay - on the battle ground - still betting
The battle ground an abattoir - butchers shop - blood runs in to pools of blood
Blue Bottle Flies - land - quenching thirsts - laying eggs on the freshly dead
Rats - always hungry - preference - met - fresh meat - ravens - crows - waiting their turn
No romance can be seen - no glamor - thus are all- wars battle fields!

Artillery shells land - explode - rifle bullets crack - machine guns - rater a tat - bodys fall - dead and wounded - fall - men court up on barb wire - a slow lingering death - unless picked out for target practice - shot to peacesa fine shower of mist of red red - blood - gore - body parts - spectacle
