~Wake~
in the storms before the last war broke the banks
rivers swollen from madness storms rising/whipping frenzies flight
crowds were yelling/screaming/crawling for the exit signs burning
useless reds/blues scrambled graffitti flags/limp dirty porno slogans
pumped through clogged tubes/.
.gov guys/
borrowed handcuffs/underground discharge pipes/ lead blood eyes
november laundry lines bloat and flatten in a smoky, chilling breeze
words choke and seize like liquid/assests stolen/arrest frozen stills
silence kills like a vacuum scream/it's all a bad dream/
Awaken\
