Where Apples Fall
In the dark and cold rememberingThe warm luxurious drug of her touch
Satin whorls of fingertips paint the Night
Vibrant sworls of Light~were flowing and flowering
In other words in other worlds of dreams towering ghostlike yet sweet
Tales of innocence untold in fragrant gasps of breath unfolding
Supplicant covers of borrowed skin unknown lovers touch
Unto the shuddering end shaken and trembling
In the dark and cold remembering
