WHEN DIAGNOSED

When diagnosed
have a name for
that comes with
it
comes revelations
about the self
understanding
of the past you
the new you
in the now
of the morrows
is freed
to work with
rather than against
the self

There may be some
few , has to said
who will come to
learn
except you as you
are
the faults , the many
floors , you have make
you as you are

That you have gifts
talents
those who except
you
as you are , though
few in number
are indeed , true
friends

Smile with you at
times laugh , not
at you
but with you
true understanding
friends

You are unique
a one off

When you except
your self , your life
will only become
better

So hears to you
you are

The second to last paragraph of text, "when you accept yourself, your life will only become better." That's a great line for a great poem. Well done.
