MUTTERED IN TO SILENCE - GIVEING WAY!
I had just started my reading of my workwhen a member of the group , muttered
'' We could write on that! ''
three times I resumed my reading
each time she muttered , negatively , while staring
at the wall , totally , refusing to engaged
her mind with my work
so it became pointless , to continue
put my paper away , gave up , sat down
and that's that
It was like being blackballed , twice
in resent weeks
time to finally call it a day , locally
still knowing your not up to scratch
insures , I'll not darken , the likes again
knowing I am , not up to some standards
that others , require , then best to leave
them to it
that I am not the kind , to fit in , just don't belong
remain a loaner , remain , treading a farrow
that is my wont
