WHEN EVEN THE GOD's LEG IT TO FAR FAR AWAY!

Now, God's a bloke, a man, like
And like most men, ducks his
Responserbilays!
Left his wife, Asherah, to cope
Divorced, and holding the baby
And all the kids dependent on her!
Since, The Parting Of Their Ways
The Gods reclaimed them!
Asherah, of course, banished, receiving
No credit - even Her, name hairbrush out of books!
Of books, only now is, is Asherah, receiving
Some, very, little, acknowledgment
Take to their toes, and leg it!
With the kids, and there were many!
He fled to avid, paying child allowance
Avoiding, paying the upkeep, of the house
The upkeep of the family he left behind
Pore old Asherah, left holding the baby the responsibility's
Thus it is so, for all mothers! The Goddesses, lot not a happy one!
Maybe earthbound - are only following the example's set by The Gods!
