Was There

We were mere moments
Dissolved like raindrops
Rainbow mantras dreams in a ballet night
Tripping on roadblocks
Grappling with heartbeats
Flying like feathers burning up with light

Today will remember shall ever recall
The way that your words breathed like a prayer
How I turned close faraway only to fall
As we fell into all that was there
