ROLES THEY ARE A CHANGEING!

Roles they are a changing!
Not so many years ago!
Roles we established!
Those roles seemed to be!
Never to be ever too be challenge - let alone change!
Yet now - no longer to be cast in stone!
Times have changed - those roles questioned!
No longer will times past - will ever be the same ever again!
Roles - ARE CHANGING!
