In The Rain

Saw a face like a ghost in the rain
It was late I was dreaming of her hair wet and streaming
Like light through the trees lost once again,

Took a path it was dark almost evening tide
The grass was like a sea and shadows were as waves
Following emerald rays of Night walking towards the away
From everything which seemed to be was not inside
Myself a stranger, he, remembers other days
Swallowing tunnels and caves the Light was like a Word to Say

Like Light through the trees lost once again
It was late I was dreaming of her hair wet and streaming
Saw a face like a ghost in the rain . . .
