I believe this is about placing judgments upon others. There is no way we can live the life of another. Therefore, we cannot nor should we judge them. Jesus Christ says not to judge lest we be judged. He also said remove the plank out of your own eye before you remove the splinter out of another's eye.
We should spend our time trying to become better people ourselves than trying to tell others how to be better.

I think your poem is saying just that.
