standing to stop
To prevent the rise
Of the right
Gone now the British left
Were a time when The Trade Unions
Were strong - take to the streets
Marching organizing educating mobilizing agitating
The Trade Unions - smashed during the Thatcher years
Blair - Major - Cameron - May - completing the job!
I am in despair - for I know what lays in store
The future - lays not far head of us!
