DR. WHO: Response To Randy Johnson

Now I'm of the age who watched the start of Dr. Who
In the beginning one of his companions had to be a
Teacher
Reason being so when the Dr. Who companions travailed
Travailed back to the past - into history - that history explained
In one story The Trardis arivde 16th of April 1746
Shortly after battle of Culloden - the doctor found a clansman
Who had survived the bloody battle
He were scared of the English - with good reason!
The Doctor took the clansman on board, his name were Jamey
From that my interest in history fired up!

On the evening that Dr.Who were first broadcast JFK were assassinated
Dr Who were repeated the following evening.

The New series of Dr. Who, has gone back to it's old ethos!
Covering important historic times - Rosa Parksn - India - struggle fore Independence!
It is my hope this will motivate people of ages and of every ethnicity to find out more!

A wonderful reminiscence about the importance of this show to you and to others. I hadn't known that the show debuted the same day that John F. Kennedy was shot!
