THE THINKER THINKS (Enspierd By nice curtains Work The Thinker)
The Thinker sits upon his rock of thoughtsMind disengaged from the surrounds
So it appears
The maces pass by The Thinker
Barely notates The Thinker thinking
At times The Thinker Thinks out loud
Sadly no appears to be listening - cock an ear
The Thinker we pass each day
Is not the type that sculptures would chisel
Chisel out of marble The Thinker
You see The Thinker - was - well - not a classical figure
Not even Michelangelo would have - or maybe only he would at that
Just not a beauty - nor handsome - or pretty
Not a body to be envied - a head or face any one would choose
To be modeled on by a cosmetic surgeon
Even a tree surgeon would not take the saw to - ax maybe
The Thinker - just sits a thinking thoughts
IF only when The Thinker speak - IF - only those passing by
Would take time to listen - JUST MAYBE - they would learn
Learn some thing or two from the The Thinker - that will make a difference
To them self's - maybe a difference to all human kind - the earth
