Heaven's Curtain
As Winter watched you walking off high in the greenCreation crying in a moment that will never occur
The skies shone like chandeliers in mirrors unseen
Within your eyes hung Heaven's curtain blue whoever you were
So like unto a painting born from an eternal artist's brush
Living light shone through the trees dancing breezes on your dress
My heartbeat fell with wanting more than all the noise meaning to crush
All of these things such simple dreams like chance and loveliness
You wore a cloth once woven from a Light brave and mere
A man who held but Hope was I, through none were there
Within your eyes hung Heaven's curtain blue whoever you were
Creation crying in a moment that never will occur
