Escher Staircases
Mantis shadows on Escher staircases something Other LoomsOutside the walls in fields of gray formless ghosts at play
Faces suddenly there and as quickly disappear
Turning into something else what once was bones and clay
Motionless movements behind twin moons
Stumbling on counterpane afternoons
Black and Yellow butterflies fluttering lunar dusts
Snowing down on silver screens static radio tube speakers crackling
Sounds spilling out upon marble ears drowned in vines of green
Dim felt hands on absent throats choking tears visibly unseen
Dreams that walk backwards steps stir turn faces glass breaks in locked rooms
Mantis shadows on Escher staircases something Other Looms
