WALKING MY GARDEN

Walking my garden counting the bulbs braking throue the sod
Counting the green shoots of leaves
Impatient to wake up to see the bewty of coula
Of flowers welcoming me to the mornings - all day long
Seeing my fruit trees showing apples - pairs - cherry's - peaches
Showing promise of what is to come
The cherry's already turning to red - any day now ready to be harvest
Sun is shining - what can possibly go wrong now!
Could a tempest be tempted to ruin my wee English garden?!

This speaks of the joy of the return of spring, and summer on its way shortly. It is beautiful when the garden comes back to life like that. The leaves coming back (in our case in QC), the flowers blooming, their scent and colors wafting in the air, the birds and little critters coming out... Just wonderful. You paint a peaceful portrait with your words here. One of hope and better days coming, as spring often makes our spirits feel. Very much enjoyed the moment - merci :)
