RAMSGATE TOWN - POSTCARD FROM THE EDGE (Work Completed))

Living in Seaside town on the Southeast edge of the of Britain
Autumn can be gloomy as is the mood in my home town now
Winter approaching so is the mood grows gloomy
No visitors nor tourist
Locals walk the harbor - some chatting - others avoiding conversation
Most are wearing masks
Avoiding connecting - keeping a safe distance - keeping too the guidance
Sat on benches in the harbor clock carpark - chatting coffey's in hand
After quoing for a coffey - while keeping a safe distance
Some chatting - others not

CONVID-19 - at least - driving locals out - to walk
Takeing in the air - some cheery - trying to lift the spirits
Against the odds
Daylight less & less - night lights more longer
Gloom is the mood of one & all
Who I wonder if you envy me or I should envy you?
Excouse writing of this so only much you can get on a postcard!
Hope it's not bad with you all
Love to all - Ken D

The nights get long and the days short in your area. As I recall by the 21st December it’s dark by 4:30! Good to hear that folks are chatting up each other to keep spirits high!
