IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR
It's that time of yearWe'll should be
To wish those we meet
' A MERRY CHRISTMAS! '
Now we wish each say
Stay safe
Now's the time to be weary
Worry of being TOO CLOSE!
Now this Season no shearing of joy
Jokes are of the darkest kind
Not the season to be celebrating
Exchanging gifts hugging each other
In thanks - NO THANKS - thanks all the same
Not now the season for a family get together
Just a day to meet - one day only - Xmas day
TEN DAYS to celebrate in mid winter - seems now of distant memory
Celebrating lightening days - nights gradually brightening - the truth
Of how were this season - long long before The State religion hijack this season
When what food there were gathered - the whole village shared
That's all by the way
Now we sit in VERY limited company
Some very lonely lonesome a lone
US Bits say ' Chere Up It Could Be Worse! ' - rather appropriate I suppose!
AS I wish you all the best - keep your chin up or your trip over bottom lip!
Take care stay safe dear dear Friends
