SENCE OF BEING ALONE

Some can be among thousands - even - hundreds of thousands
Yet they are totally alone - totally detached - never apart of out
No one notes - no one sees the tears - no one hears -
The silent screaming - no one sees the pain
Man - Woman - child - that none sees
All are looking elsewhere - nothing too do with them
A body laying down - people step over - walk on the other side
The body rots away - then The People - then complain - till the smell removed
Get on with their lives - asking no questans - nothing to do with them!
Such as it is being alone in a crowed

A very sobering poem, Ken. The imagery is strong and the tone is most melancholy and at times quite wry. A solid write here.
