She has a soul too beautiful to show
In the night when we are dreaming
Of those distant stars quite gleaming
Where in the shadow of hoping
For all the things perhaps she does not know
There is someone who was wounded so
She lives with scars some seen some
Just have hurt too deep and dark to see
Here on the surface we come and go
But in her private kingdom
There are prisons locked and never free
Of those distant stars quite gleaming
Seen from behind bars, memories flailed
In the night when we are dreaming
Of all the feelings, the love that failed
For all the things perhaps she does not know
There is someone out there shining
She has a soul too beautiful too show . . .

For A Flower
There is someone out there shiningShe has a soul too beautiful to show
In the night when we are dreaming
Of those distant stars quite gleaming
Where in the shadow of hoping
For all the things perhaps she does not know
There is someone who was wounded so
She lives with scars some seen some
Just have hurt too deep and dark to see
Here on the surface we come and go

There are prisons locked and never free
Of those distant stars quite gleaming
Seen from behind bars, memories flailed
In the night when we are dreaming
Of all the feelings, the love that failed
For all the things perhaps she does not know
There is someone out there shining
She has a soul too beautiful too show . . .
