Just me being soppy
And not a man.
You were just a girl,
The one thing that I knew;
I felt this between us,
You loved me I loved you.
To me you were a diamond,
Amongst the pearls.
I didn't have the strength,
To ask you to be my girl.
This I new was true,
I fell ln love with you.
As time went on,
You fell into my arms.
Days Seemed to few
No escaping me,
No escaping you.
No matter on the weather,
I think we must have been;
Super glued together.
A life time has passed
Us by, Fifty years on.
You know that this is true,
I'm still super glued to you.
Zimmer frame
Has hit us both,
As we reached our
Dotage years.
We still hold hands together,
Could someone please
Explain to me?
Although my love is true;
How to unstick this super glue!

PEARL
When I was young,And not a man.
You were just a girl,
The one thing that I knew;
I felt this between us,
You loved me I loved you.
To me you were a diamond,
Amongst the pearls.
I didn't have the strength,
To ask you to be my girl.
