Writing a page in a cold steel cage
Thinking of Syd in a room long ago
Climbing up trees high into the wind
Winding up sky
Finding the prose
To peer, suppose.
Forgetting to ask, tearing away the mask
Covering a face, something awful to replace
The task at hand is not upheld
Picking a lock the shock of engage
