Another fallen hero to Covid

MEATLOAF

To his fan's he was Meatloaf,
To his friends meat.
With his music he never
Missed a beat.

His voice was devine,
There was no need to drive,
Like a bat out off hell.
You'll get there in your own time.

We're all born to die,
It's the life between that matters.
Yours was filled with love,
Rock and roll and family.
( Sorry I couldn't make the third Verse rhyme.
But two out of three's not bad.)
You touched so many with your music.
