Wishful Moods
Tonight as the lights drown in a sea of nostalgic dreamsWrapped in waves of woven words paint imaginary scenes
Trapped on the backs of eyelids like paper lanterns and silk screens
Wishful moods sail boats on skies of glass so clear
Holding someone in your arms at last you seem to disappear
Becoming something new so old to lose yourself in time
As lights drown in a sea of nostalgic dreams, tonight .
