Sitting under the redbud tree
Sitting under the redbud tree
heavy with bloom.
Bees are sipping nectar,
buzzing wonderfully.
The breeze is soft and gentle,
carries birdsong.
Peace flits here and there
like a butterfly, lands momentarily.
