Strange thoughts

As love and thoughts go,
Mine went long ago.
Do alligators cry crocodile tears,
Can I shed all my insecurities;
As well as all my fear's.
Think I get it now,
It's me that hate's me not you.
Even though I don't believe it's true,
My thought process scrambled.
Withering inside my brain,
Thinking it's finally happened.
I'm sure I've gone insane,
For if alligators cry crocodile tears.
While living in a man made zoo,
Often I wonder,
Does my mind do that too.

Much deserving of a Dr. Seuss bow 🙇. A pleasure of a poem for those that don’t have a cow. And until the next one, ciao!
