After her fight with cancer,
Jackie passed away sun 23 October.

REGRETS

Each day passes,
Like the waxing of the moon.
Yet a life filled with love,
End's to soon.

You cannot stop,
The seasons change.
Or the tide from coming,
Life as in death feels the same.

Yet as one loved passes,
As we mourn.
Hold on to this thought;
Somewhere in this world,
A child is born.

I'm so sorry to hear that and you are thinking of others in your final stanza.
