DOCTORS
Okay so the pain meds,Don't work neither do I.
Migraine pounding in,
The back of my head.
Can't remember the
last day that I slept.
Tried to call my doctor today,
On my apple phone lost my step.
Got through he was away,
Other doctors fully booked.
Told to ring back another day,
See it's true what I heard them say,
An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Think it should read this way,
An apple phone call each day.
Truly keeps the doctor away.
After six weeks of trying,
Got through to the doctor's.
Pain so great and that ain't
No lying.
Can't stand upright, Can't sit down.
If I'm standing head's spinning around.
There must be more to life than laying down,
Pleased shoes have no laces couldn't lace up.
Doctors finally put me on painkillers,
Some serious stuff,
At least now I feel I want to get up.
