SNOW STOPS PLAY (Additans & Completed)
Now we suffer strange weather today
Nothing new, been rather strange for
Many a year, it has to be said, don't it
A few years ago cricketing teams in their whites
We're playing the game on the second of June 1975- Summa
When out of the blue - a blizzard hit the pitches
The players soon took on the appearance of snowmen!
Dashed off to the pavilions for hot chocolate!
Snow stopped play!
This summersault of weather condition were to lead to
A VERY HOT SUMMER - A SCORCHER SUMMER - & DROUGHT!
