Like Alchemy
He loved her like Alchemy
More than anything
A guess, who may say
Hurting like everything
No gold to reclaim
Only cold today,
As Winter went wandering
Along it's lost lonely way
As though someone bothering
About those things never to stay
Faraway and faithfully fallen
Into a path none may avoid
Looking only to be destroyed
A victim of one's own unmaking
A guess, who may say
He loved her like Alchemy
More than anything.
